He writes, "Enjoy this spread on your favorite bread, enjoy it as a grilled cheese, or use it to top a burger! My favorite way is to grill some crusty bread and use the pimento cheese as a dip!"
In a mixer, whip the softened cream cheese, making sure to scrape the sides of the bowl, adding the shredded cheeses and mayo next, whip until well combined.
After the cheese and mayo mixture is combined, stir in the rest of the ingredients till well blended, making sure not to over whip.
