Ingredients
  

  • 4 plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 slices bacon, thick
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 4 ounces cheese, Italian six cheese blend
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup artichoke, canned, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry crushed red pepper
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts, frozen, and unbaked
